MEETING AT ASHBURTON

ASHBUETON, This Day. A resolution was carried unanimously at a public meeting addressed by the Leader of the Opposition (Mr. M. J. Savage) last night expressing confidence iii the Labour Party, and in Mr. Savage as its leader, to" take the steps necessary to overcome th« economic crisis in the Dominion, and restore prosperity to its industries and people.
