(Original.) , Our dog l§ barking out on the lawn, Beaause it's such a lovely morn. "So we'll go and have a romp with him, Although Grannie says he's a "mischievous limb!" \ Out we go to romp and play, Who wouldn't, on this sunny day? We'll run and jump, to the dog's delight, But then Grannie says, "You do look a sight! But what do we .care? We'll do or darel For we have a pet That's not rivalled yet. „ (ig)
