A DANGEROUS PRACTICE

Sir,—l would like to bring: to your notice the danger boys run by climbing under the piles at Miramar Wharf. The authorities should at' least consider putting up a notice to warn boys of the rusk they run on the slippery pile*. Last evening .a drowning tragedy was averted by the plucky rescue carried out by one of-two rowers in a boat just pulling in to the wharf.—l am, etc., - c.c.s. January. 9, 1934.
