CYCLONE IN INDIA
ON COAST OF MADRAS
TRAINS BLOWN OFF LINE
(Boceivea December 19, 11 a.m.) CALCUTTA, December 18. A cyclone caused many deaths and heavy damage on the Madras coast at the weekend. Fears are entertained for the fate of the Italian steamer Feiee, carrying 150 coOlies, Which left Cuddalore on Friday. Two passenger trains on tho South Indian railway were completely blown off the line. Nobody is reported to have been injured. Twelve- people weio killed at Pondicherry, a Frencih possession, where the seas wrecked the beach protection wall arid swept the tOWh.
