FASCISM NEARER
LONDON, December IS. The Madrid correspondent of the "Daily Herald" describes Sonor LerrOuX's Cabinet, in Which there ftre ten Radicals, as a distinct enqpurageilient to Fascism.
Senor Lerroux has enlisted the support of all the reactionary groups in order to secure a majority to meet the fierce opposition, of sixty Socialists. Supporters of Senor Lerroux witl demand the pardon of all political prisoners, thus enabling all exiled supporters of past dictatorships to return to Spain, whereupon Fascism will bo definitely nearer.
