GOTCH THOROUGHLY BEATEN
SYDNEY, December 17. During a wrestling bout at the Leichhardt Stadium last night, Bill Beth Slammed Joe Gotch, throwing him heavily with a flying mare in the fourth I round and gaining the only fall of the match. Gotch entered the ring a burly, fear-: some seeker after fight, and left it'an hour later a thoroughly beaten man.
