BOAT LOST
The fishing department of the Lower Hutt Belief Committee lost one of its boats this week. A party landed on Ward Island to dragnet an area on the beach, and while the nets were being drawn the tide rose and washed away the boat, which had been insecurely fastened. The party fortunately had another boat, in which they crossed to the mainland. The. boat has not yet been "recovered. :
