MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE

At an inquest concerning the death of Alice Muriel McKinlay, aged 22, who died as a result of being knocked down by a motor-car on the night of December 2, the Coroner found that the cauae was intra-eranial hemorrhage. Oswald James Ball, the driver of the car, was committed for trial on a charge of manslaughter,
