"SMILING THRU" ART UNION.
The drawing of the 'Smiling Thru" art union will take place in the Concert Chamber of the Town Hall, Wellington, on Monday morning, commencing at 9 o'clock. The full prize list will be published in "The Post" on Monday evening.
