RUGBY, December 14.
In accordance with the terms of i Note from the British Ambassador to Washington to the United States Secretary of State, dated November 6 last, the payment of 7,500,000 dollars inj United States currency in respect of British war debt will be made in Wash-' ington tomorrow. This payment, as in the case of that of June 15 last, is made pending a final settlement.
