DR. CYRIL NORWOOD
NEW PRESIDENT OF ST. JOHN'S
(Received December 15, 8 a.m.). LONDON, December 14. Dr. Cyril Norwood is resigning from the headmastership of Harrow in the summer, to assume the presidency of St. John's College, Oxford.
Dr. Norwood is one of the most prominent 'of English educationists, and has been headmaster of Harrow since 192 C.
