NEW ZEALAND BUTTER
PRICE HERE, AND AT HOME
STATEMENTS CONFUTED
LONDON, December 14. Mr. H. T. B. Drew, in.a letter to the "Daily Telegraph," sharply denies that New Zealand butter is selling in London at 7d while the price in the Dominion is Is 3d. As a matter of fact, he says, butter of equivalent quality is selling at the same price in New Zealand as ; in London, retail prices in New Zealand being ruled entirely by London prices. Furthermore, there is no dumping of Dominion butter and cheese, as tho Board of Trade returns prove.
