(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, December 13. A proposal to create an -air station for London by tho construction of a landing stag© for civil aircraft parallel with the River Thames will be discussed at the next meeting of the Common Council of the City of London.
AMNESTY IN GERMANY
(Received December 15, 1 p.m.) BERLIN, December 14. Herr Loebe, ex-President of the Reichstag, is among the prisoners released from concentration camps in accordance with Colonel Goering's amnesty. Only well-bohaved persons, men expected to be useful to the community, are benefiting.
