SHEEPSKIN MARKET

United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received December 15, 11 a.m.) LONDON, December 14. At the sheepskin sales 4364 parcels were offered, including 1618 of New Zealand. Good general competition marked the sales and 90 per cent, of the offering were sold. The Continent and United States were the principal buyers. Compared with sales on October 27, Australian merino combings and • fine crossbreds were 10 per cent, dearer, shorn reject pelts were slighlty dearer. New Zealand's were rather irregular, but on an average were 10. per cent, dearer. .
Murray, Roberts, and Co., Ltd., are in receipt of the following sheepskin cablegram from their London agents, dated December 14: —"Sheepskins, all sections operating. Market advanced 10 to 15 per cent., except for short and shorn, which were practically unchanged."
