CROSSBRED TOPS ADVANCE.
Wright, Stephenson, and Co., Ltd., and Abraham and Williams are in receipt of cabled advice from their Bradford agents regarding the tops market, reading as follows:— "Merino tops are Id up, while coarse crossbred tops are a shade firmer. Other crossbred tops are %d up. "The improved tone is due to the hardening of the raw material market. "There is a fair amount of inquiry and a moderate amount ■of business is passing."
