PROSECUTOR'S DEMANDS
(Received December 15, 2 p.m.) LEIPZIG, December 14. In the Reichstag fire trial the prosecutor demanded the death penalty for Torgler and van der Lubbe on th» grounds of sustained high treason and incendiarism, but sought the acquittal of Dimitroff, Popoff, and Taneff for lack of proof.
