DAMNING DISARMAMENT

LONDON, December 14. Professor Noel Baker, addressing th« National Peace Council, said: "I have positive knowledge that armament firms have employed paid agents at Geneva in spreading rumours designed to demoralise the Disarmament Conference and convince Press delegates that the proceedings are bound to fail."
