WAR DEBTS TO AMERICA
INSTALMENTS DUE
TOKEN PAYMENT OR DEFAULT
United Press Association—By Electric Tele* graph—Copyright. (Received December 15, 2 p.m.) WASHINGTON, December 14. With the exception of Finland, war debt payments to America will either be covered by token pa3 rments or there will be default on the instalments dua tomorrow. A total of 153,000,000 dollars is due. Finland will pay 153,000. Britain will make a 7,500,000-dollar token 'payment; 117,000,000 dollars being due. Italy is expected to make a token payment of 2,134,000, while France is expected to default on 22,000,000 due. Poland, Belgium, and Estonia will not make payments. Altogether it is believed, that only 8 per cent, of the total due will be received.
