A WARNING
(To the Editor.) Sir, —You have been good enough during the last few years to publish my appeal to parents to warn their, children during school holidays to "look both ways before crossing a street," that I hope I may be allowed to once more issue advice to mothers in particular (because the fathers are naturally at work during' day time) and fathers, to give definite and consistent warning every time their child or children leave home; to "look both ways carefully before crossing any street"; and I am sure, Sir, the percentage o£ accidents will thus be kept very.low; at least I trust so. It is utterly impossible for the most skilled driver to avert accident if children suddenly rush across any road. Being a parent of three children, I realise the necessity of this warning.—l am, etc., 32 YEARS MOTORIST.
