MOTORISTS FINED
Offenders against the motor regulations were dealt with by Mr. W. F. Stihvell, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court yesterday afternoon. For not having their vehicles properly lighted Thomas Morrow and William Arthur Johnston were each fined £1, and Alan. Desmond Long. Robert Clarendon Malcolm, Andrew Jenkins Shaw, and Maurice Charles Holland each 10s. Richard Heilihy was iined £3 lor operating a motor vehicle without the required heavy traffic licence. Fines of_ £1 each were imposed upon Gordon Griffiths for using an unlicensed vehicle and upon James Gabriel Heron for exceeding the licensed load. George Hawkes Whitcombe and Thomas Morrow were each fined 10s for driving without a licence. , Fines of 10b each were imposed upon Henry Larsen and William Edward Delaney for failing to give way to traffic approaching on the right, David Mclntosh for driving against an automatic signal, <wd Ronald Edward Ulmer and George Hawkes Whiteombe for failing to keep to the left. ___________
