COLD SNAP IN AMERICA
(Received December 13, 2.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, December 12. The second cold wave of1 the winter held the Eastern portion of the United States in an icy grip. Below zero temperatures, accompanied by high winds, were reported in many, sections, with' eleven deaths from cold.
