AOTEAROA
The directors of the .Aotearoa Gold Prospecting Company, Ltd., Christchurch, have declared a dividend of 50 per cent, on the paid-up capital of the company, such dividend to be paid by the distribution to shareholders' of one fully paid share in Bell-Hooper Cromwell Gold, Ltd., for every two shares held in the Aotearoa Gold Prospecting Company, Ltd. The company lias an issued capital of £4000 in shares of Is each.
