Mouldy Puddings. An inquiry is made regarding the fact that some puddings of the Christmas variety go mouldy, and are quite unfit for us© after being kept for a month or two. Kelburn Sale of Work. The Girls' auxiliary of the Kelburn Presbyterian Church Missionary Guild will hold the annual sale of work in the Sunday School Hall tomorrow. The sale will bo opened .by Mrs. E. A. Wright, at 3 p.m. There will be wellstocked stalls of produce, sweets, cakes, and fancy goods all suitable for Christmas presents, also a Christmas tree for the children. Afternoon tea will be obtaipable. As the proceeds are in aid of "missions the liberal support of the congregation is hoped for. Donations of cakes, sweets, or produce will be gladly accepted. Obituary. A large circle of friends in Wellington and other parts will hear with regret of tho death of Mrs. Walter Fuller, which occurred at a private hospital last evening. Mrs. Fuller, who was born in Christchurch, was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G. D. Cameron, of Christchurch and Dunedin, a 1 sister of Mr. Hector Cameron, Auckland, and sister-imlaw to Sir Benjamin and Mr. John Fuller, Sydney. _ An 1 accomplished and talented musician and singer, Mrs. Fuller was associated with the professional stage > for. some years, and during her married life in 1 Wellington was for a time a member of the Wellington Amateur Operatic Society, having played the role of Casilda in ''The Gondoliers" in 1918. Of recent years, although still devoted to music, she led a retired life. She had beon ill during the past year. She leaves two children, Misses Jean and Juno Fuller. Kindergarten Shop Day. The Taranaki Street Free* Kindergarten will hold a shop day tomorrow, .Friday. Attractive stalls of home-made cakes, produce, plain and fancy sowing, etc., will be for sale. The proceeds will be for the Christmas cheer fund.
