It is expected that the newly-elected member for Buller, Mr. P.. C. Webb, will take his soat' in. the. House of Eeprcsontatives tomorrow. The writ will probably bo iv the hands of the Speaker of the House of Representatives tomorrow morning, the official count having been completed last evening. Mr. Webb will sit in the second row of the Opposition benches and will have as his bench-mate the member for Hut-t, MiVW*Nash, ' '.. * .' ~ ,
