Tlie country is still waiting impatiently for the complete returns of the elections, . , ■
The scrutiny proceeds slowly in the various districts. Only 303 deputies out of a total .of 473 have yet been proclaimed. . - ' •
Tho second elections are being hold on December 3 in about 16 districts for the return of 95 deputies because th© top candidates failed to get 40 per cent, of the total votes cast. ■ " ;1 r ■
