ALLEGED PROFESSIONALISM

LONDON, November 9.
Tho English Rugby Union has expelled the Gloucestershire full-back T. W. Brown, who nine times represented England, for allegedly committing an unspecified act of professionalism. The decision has shocked Brown, who says that he will never play Rugby again. Ho is not anxious to join tho Rugby Leaguo despito tempting offers.
