CALCUTTA, November 9.
Mr. Gandhi, who arrived at Nagpur in the course of a tour of India on behalf of social outcasts, addressing a large audience, declared: "I started this All-India tour in order to remove the curse of untouehability. Either untouehability must go or I shall perish in tho attempt."
