(From "The Post's" Representative.) i LONDON, October 5. Admiral Clement a Greatorex, K.N., C.8., M.V.O. (Ketd.), is intending to visit New Zealand, with Mrs. Greatorex, their daughter, and,three.friends. Passagos have been booked through tho High Commissioner's office by' <,ho Tamaroa, for January 26.- . . ' Admiral Greatorex was Naval Assistant to the Third Sea Lord and Director of Naval Equipment, ,1913-17; EearAdmiral in 1917; -Vice-Admiral, 1922, and Senior Naval Officer, ■ Shetlauds, 1917-19. In the former year he beeamo A.D.C. to the King. From 1920-22 he commanded the Portsmouth Division of the Eeserve Fleet,- and. retired in 1922. Admiral and Mrs. Greatorex live at Lymington, Hants. Among those who booked .by the Strathnaver for Wellington (leaving Tilbury on October 6) were Mr. and Mrs. P. D. Bull, Mrs. Clarkson, Misses A. J. C. and E. Mills, Mrs. K. Nixon, and Mr.G. P. Miss II Angland (Hamilton), who isover here under: the exchange ■of teachers system, is finding her experience most iValuable. She is working under the London County Council and lias taught in over .1 dozen London schools. Her first.'holidays,were .spent in Ireland, and during the summer vacation she visited the Lakes District and Wales. The latter part of ,her holiday was spent with her sister, Mrs. Martin, in Sheffield.

Mr. and Mrs, John Webley (Nelson) have been paying a.farewell visit, to friends in Gloucestershire. The former is a descendant of an old Avcning family, whose names,were most familiar to residents of that village 80 years ago. His great-grandfather was the Rev. Samuel Webley> who was minister of Aveniug Baptist Church for 37 years. According to the "Stroud News,"'one of Mr. Webley's greatest thrills was to vTsit Avening to- see tho memorial tablet which stands on tho wall above the pulpit pf the church to commemorate that ministry.

Mr. W..H. Jackson, J.P. (Masterton) and Mrs. Jackson, J.P., were passengers, by,the last trip of tho Eotorua. It is five weeks sinco they landed, but they have not yet quite completed their round of visits in their family circle. In due courso^they hope to see as much as they can regarding educational and social servico activities to.help them to carry on their work in those spheres when thoy return to New Zealand. It is fifty years since Mr. Jackson, went to New Zealand, and this is his first visit to tho Homeland. According to present plans, ho and Mrs. Jackson will bo in England until tho New Year.
