SWAN BREWERY DIVIDEND.
-The Swan Brewery Company, Ltd., of Perth, Western Australia, has advised the New Zealand Stock Exchange Association that the usual dividend of 6 per cent, per annum on preference shares and a dividend of ls'6d per share on ordinary shares had been declared for the halt-year ended September 30, 1933, and would be payable on November 9.
Taubmans (N.Z.), Ltd., Wellington, notifies capital increased to £30,000 by creation of. 10,000 additional ordinary shares of £1 each.
