Mr. Arthur Henderson, President of the Disarmament Conference, was in conversation at the Foregin Offleo yesterday and took bis seat in the House of Commons this afternoon for tho first time since his recent election. Although he did not take.part in today's disarmament debate in the House of Commons ho attended a Labour Party meeting which was held after the Foreign Secretary's speech to discuss whether a vote of censuro on tho Government should be tabled.
