SOME OF THE CANDIDATES
LONDON, November 8. The Berlin correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph" says that the candidates for Sunday's Reichstag election total 6SG, iueluding Herr Habicht,--"lnspector for Austria," Prince August Willielm, fourth son of the exKaiser, and Dr. Rosenberg, the unhappy London emissary.
Only six candidates altogether havebeen admitted to form 'tho Steel Helmet, the People's, and the Centre Parties.
