LONDON, November S.
The British United Press correspondent at Vatican City, states that the Popo proposes to issue an encyclical, complaining that the activity of Catholic associations in Germany continues to be hampered in order to ensure the supremacy of Protestantism. His Holiness is believed to be displeased at the tardiness in enforcing the clauses of the July concordat, especially those in relation to freedom of Catholic action. It is suggested that this difficulty is one- reason for Cantain Gocring's visit to Borne.
