PARKING PLACES
(To the Editor.)
Sir,—About a month ago, I wrote complaining of the serious interference of truck deliveries by the insistent parking .of'ears..outside prominent, business premises, pointing out Brandon Street- and Customhouse Quay as an example. Since then I have kept a close watch on these areas'; and I feel bound to say that the city, parking regulations are still being flouted and that the position lias not improved from the deliveryman's point of view. Cannot the traffic. inspectors tackle this ever-growing trouble?. As.far as I can see the latest parking plan drawn up for everybody's convenience has been a failure. —I am, etc., .'■'•' TRUCK DRIVER.
