DAIRY PRODUCE GRADINGS
The Dairy Division of the Department of Agriculture reports the following gradings of butter and cheese for export during last month and the first three months of the current eeason: —Butter: Octobei', 17,581 tons; three months, 35,339 tons. Cheese: October, 12,368 tons; three months, 17,791 tons. Stocks held in the grading ports at October 31 were:—Butter, 7294 tons; cheese, 8074 tons.
