The Bank of New Zealand, produce department, has received the following advice from its London office under- date November 8:—"Tallow: There is a fair demand. Current quotations: Good mutton, 23s 6d per cwt; beef, 21s Gd to 225; mixed, 21s Gd; gut, 18s to IDs 9d. The Loan and Mercantile Co. is advised London, November 8, as follows: — Tallow (quotations at October 21 in parentheses): Fine mutton, 24s 3d per cwt (235); good beef, 22s 3d (22s 3d); mixed, 20s 9d (21s). Market steady."
