ANOTHER CASE
COMMISSIONED GUNNER
REPRIMANDED

■AUCKLAND, This Day. At a second court-martial at the naval base this afternoon Mr. Samuel C. Chapman, commissioned gunner, pleaded guilty to a charge of acting to the prejudice of good order and naval discipline. Tho charge arose out of the Marchant case, and was consequent upon conversations concerning Commander Marchant which Chapman had had with a marine. The Court decided that the prisoner should be reprimanded severely.
