KUGBY, November 8.
Asked in the House of Common^ whether progress was being made to» wards a reduction of taxation in th« next Budget the Chancellor of the Ext chequer, Mr. Neville Chamberlain, said that the improved condition of tho country was evidant in many ways and enabled him to look with confidence for a favourable financial outcome of the present financial year, but he could make no statement as to revenue or expenditure for tho succeeding .year*
