MANAWATU SHOW
IN BRIGHT SUNSHINE
DAY OF MMCH ACTIVITY
(From "The Post's" Special Reporter.) PALMEESTON N, This Day. The weather eouditions for the second day of the Manawata and West Coast A. and P. Association's Spring Show are in direct contrast to those which prevailed yesterday. The sun is shining brightly from a blue sky, and with the great change the exhibition has taken on a new atmosphere, Prom early this- morning the scene was one of great activity, for there is judging to be done in many different classes, including cattle, sheep, horses, and jumping events. Some fine horses were showing their paces in the ring this morning, and, as they always do, they claimed much attention from a large gallery of spectators. ■ Taking into account the wet weather, yesterday's attendance was good, the gatcand grandstand receipts amounting to over £200.
