.The Foreign Secretary has sent the following telegram to the Turkish Minister for Foreign A,ffairs: —"On tho occasion of the tenth anniversary of the Turkish Republic I take pleasure, on behalf of his Majesty's Government of the United Kingdom in offering your Excellency their most cordial congratulations. It is their sincere wish that thanks to the achievement of these ten years Turkey, may, under the guidance of her distinguished President, enjoy ever increasing prosperity and happiness.
