The "Weekly Dispatch" says that a group of religious leaders, including the Commoners, Lord Wolmer, Major Grattan-Doyle, Lord Hugh Cecil, the Bishops of Exoter and St. Albans, and Lady Winefrede Elwes, alarmed at the falling birth-rate of tho middle-class people in Britain, have formed a League of National Life to urge bigger) families. -
