TICKET IN IRISH SWEEP
(Special to the "Evening Post.") AUCKLAND, October 29. Another lucky Aucklander, Mrs. W. Morgan, o£ Epsom, has received private advice that sho drew a horse in the Irish Hospitals' sweepstake on the Cambridgeshire Stakes, which was run at Newmarket last week. Although the horse, La Bceassin'o, was unplaced, Mrs. Morgan expects to receive about £1000, plus exchange. Hor horso was the fourth drawn in the Cambridgeshire this year by residents of Auckland province. Six young women employed at the workrooms of John Court, Limited, are the lucky members of the "Hard Up" syndicate which was reported to have won the fourth prize, of £350, in a Tasmanian sweepstake.
