NEW SOUTH WALES MEETING
United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Eeccivccl October 10, 2 p.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Nearly a thousand competitors assembled for the rifle championship meeting at the Liverpool Bange. Shooting was keen and there were many possibles. The Mark Foy match, ten shots at 300 yards, was won by Morris (Goulburn), with the best of nine possibles. The New Zealanders J. C. Carter and H. L. Lucena were 66th and 112 th respectively, with 48, each winning £1. The Lcmaitrc match, ten shots at 600 yards, was won by Phillips (Melbourne) with the best of eight possibles. Lucena was 67th with 48 and won £1. The Dangur Match, ten shots at 700 yards, was won by Painter (Goulburn), with the of five possibles.
