ULM'S PROSPECTS FADE
(Received September 20, 2 p.m.) LONDON, September 19. Mr. C. T. P. Ulm's prospects of flying the Atlantic are fading in consequence of the weather outlook, the
latest forecast revealing a likelihood of the continuance of 40 to 50 mile an hour winds. The Cuban hurricane has made conditions worse.
