Dealings in thi) new Canadian 4 per cent, loan opened- at a premium of 1% per cent, on the Lonflon Stocl: Exchange, and at the close the , stock stood at 1 13-16ths premium. As already reported, the loan was heavily over-l :übseribed and allotments were curtailed, but it is understood that preference has 'been given to small investors. ' -
