BEGIN A (Canada), August 3. ~ Feed grain to live stock and dispose of the grain surplus was the advico. to Canada,of Mr. L. C. Tipper, representing the British Chamber of Agriculture at tho, final business session of tho World's Grain Conference today. Such a course, he said, would quickly dispose of the surplus and help to remove tho depressing effect of the surplus on grain prices.
