LEASE^^ NEGOTIATIONS
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) GISBOBNE, This Day. At a conference between Mr. K. S. Williams, M.P., and members of the Gisborno -Chamber of Commerce railway committee, the-terms' which Cabinet has stipulated for a lease of the NapierGisboruc railway were discussed,, but not made public. Tho meeting decided to get in touch with interested parties in "Wairoa and Napier with a view to holding a conference.
