DAIRY STOCK PRICES.
New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Co., Ltd., Palmerston North, report: "At our Feilding sale on Friday we had a email entry of sheep and a medium entry of cattle. The weather was bad and consequently the attendance was small-yet we had a good clearance under the Shammer at prices in favour of venders ia store sheep and dairy stock, and slight|y down in fat sheep and cattle. We quote:—Fat wethers (light), 18s 3d, 18s 9d, 10b 6d, to 21s; ewes (heavy), 19s Cd to 20s lOJd; ewes (medium), 18s; wether hoggets, 11s Cd, 12s, to 12s 6d; ewe do, 14s 6d; empty ewes, 9s Gd; fat cows (light), £3 10s to '£4 4s; fat steers (light), £5 4s 6d; store' cows, 31s to 335; dairy heifers at drop, £5 5s to £5 7s 6d; springing, £4 to £14 16s; cows at drop, £4."
