TO RENEW REMEMBRANCE

Sir,—-As remembrance of those' who bravely left home and kin to keep the home fires burning appears to be-fading, might I sugest a street day, by ■'. which there surely would be enough, money gathered to give us "(at any rate for, say, six months) the music of'the bells. I feel there1 are many like myself (Digger's widows) who can'billy spare a shilling, but who would, gladly. give that for the sake of the many gone West,—l am, etc.,, AN AGED DIGGER'S WIDOW.
