PETONE COURT
Cases at the Pctone Court yesterday ,vere conducted, by Mr. J. S. Barton, S.M, For speeding on the Htitt Koad, Stanley Charles Francis was convicted and fined £2. The offence, which waa admitted, occurred on a race day, Francis getting out of the line of traffic and being unable to; get in again. John James Deale ' was charged by, Valeric E. Halliday that (1) he threatened to, do her bodily harm; (2) he used pro;Yoking or insulting language to her; and (3) did offensive acts to, or in the presence of her for purposes of annoyance and provocation. Deale admitted the allegations, and was ordered to enter into bond to the Crown in his own bond of £10 and one surety of £10 to keep the peace for twelve months.
