David Rozenthal, alias David Rosk ; -a draper, aged 23, who was found guilty by' a -jury, .with."'a"■■recommendation to leniency in the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon on two charges of false' pretences and on a charge of theft, was remanded by Mr. Justice Reed for sentence.
